I’m so glad this book found you.

Before You Begin

The Frequency of Truth is for the woman who can feel that something in her life, her body, or her relationships is no longer willing to tolerate what is false.

It is for the woman who has spent years sensing what is off, carrying what isn’t hers, overriding what she knows, or trying to make peace with things her body has already told her are no longer aligned.

This book is not about becoming louder, harder, sharper, or more performative in the name of truth. It is not about using truth as a weapon. It is not about turning discernment into a personality.
It is about remembering truth as a frequency. A living signal in the body. A way of knowing that is often quieter, cleaner, and more precise than the mind wants it to be. A frequency that changes what you can tolerate, what you can no longer pretend not to see, and what life begins asking of you once you stop abandoning your own knowing.

What’s waiting for you inside this booK

Inside The Frequency of Truth, I take you into the deeper terrain of what it means to carry truth in your body and to live in relationship with it instead of circling around it.

We move through the difference between talking about truth and actually feeling it. Through the ways truth can feel disruptive, exposing, costly, or lonely when it has not yet been integrated. Through the weight of being someone who senses what is real before anyone else says it out loud. Through the places where truth has been swallowed to keep the peace, and the places where it has been used too quickly, too sharply, or without enough discernment.

There are parts of this book that will ask you to look at what happens when truth arrives and your first instinct is to defend, explain, perform, rescue, or brace for impact. There are parts that explore the difference between discernment and reaction. Between revelation and projection. Between the truth that needs to be spoken and the truth that first needs to be lived.

I also take you into the symbolic terrain that sits beneath this work. The sword. The feather. The question of what truth is actually asking of you when it comes. Not every truth is asking for a fight. Not every moment of friction is asking you to draw blood. Some truths are asking to be witnessed. Some are asking to be integrated. Some are asking you to leave. Some are asking you to stay and become more honest with yourself first.

You’ll also move through the question of your own frequency signature. What your body responds to. What it contracts around. What keeps repeating. What gets louder when ignored. And what begins to shift when you stop trying to override your own signal in order to stay comfortable, agreeable, chosen, or understood.

This is not a book about fixing yourself. It is not a book about earning your way into truth. It is a book about remembering what has always been there, clearing what distorts it, and learning how to live in a way that no longer asks you to betray what you know.

A note about the audio transmissions

Alongside a few of the chapters, you’ll also find audio transmissions.

These are there intentionally.

Some things land differently when they’re spoken. Some truths need to be heard in voice, rhythm, and field as much as they need to be read. The audio pieces are not separate from the book or tacked on as extras. They are companions to the written work. They’re there to deepen the chapter they sit beside and to let the transmission meet you in a different way.

You may find yourself wanting to read a chapter first and then listen. Or listen first and then read. Or come back to an audio transmission after a chapter has stirred something in you and you need a quieter way to keep integrating what’s moving.

There is no right order here. Let your body lead.

My invitation as you read

Please don’t rush this.

Some parts may land as immediate clarity. Some may stir emotion. Some may feel like they are finally putting language to something you’ve sensed for years but never fully named. Some may ask you to pause.

Let yourself underline. Let yourself stop. Let yourself put the book down for a day and come back. Let yourself re-read a section that catches in your chest. Let yourself listen to an audio transmission more than once if it opens something.

This is not work to race through. It’s work to be with.
